1. Parties & Governing Law: This Agreement is entered into between Individual Entrepreneur Mikhail Sumaneev (Georgian Identification Number 155732631, D-U-N-S® Number 933915516, Batumi, Georgia), hereinafter "Licensor", and any individual or legal entity ("Licensee") purchasing or activating the FigaroCode software. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia.
2. Grant of License & Electronic Delivery: Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the FigaroCode software. Delivery is 100% electronic: cryptographic Ed25519 license keys (FIGA_KEY_V1...) are delivered directly on https://figarocode.com and to Licensee's designated Email address immediately upon payment confirmation.
3. Public Beta ("AS IS") & Backup Requirement: Every Licensee is provided a free 14-day Trial period prior to purchase. The Software operates with open 1C / BAS / 1Ci Configurator windows using dual Traffic Light human-in-the-loop control (asterisk * in RAM, manual Ctrl+F7 and Ctrl+S). Licensee agrees to use the Software on test infobases or with a verified database backup (.dt / SQL). Licensor's aggregate liability shall not exceed the license fee actually paid by Licensee.
4. Taxes (0% VAT): Licensor operates under the Georgian Small Business Status (Certificate ID 38711695, Art. 89 & Art. 166 Tax Code of Georgia). Electronic supply of software licenses outside Georgia is subject to 0% VAT.
1. Free 14-Day Evaluation Period: Before making any payment, every customer can generate a free 14-day Trial key on https://figarocode.com without entering a bank card to verify full compatibility with their 1C / BAS / 1Ci environment.
2. Refund Eligibility (14 Days): If a purchased cryptographic license key (FIGA_KEY_V1...) has not been activated on any hardware workstation (HWID) or if a verified technical defect prevents activation within 14 calendar days of purchase, the customer may request a full 100% refund by contacting figaro.develop@gmail.com with their Order / Invoice ID.
3. Processing Time: Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment card or bank account within 3–7 business days, and the corresponding license key is revoked on the license server.
